PROFESSIONS THAT COULD BENEFIT
FROM A 360 VIRTUAL TOUR

ARCHITECTS & DESIGNERS :
We have worked with Architects to carry out measured site surveys to produce initial base build drawings, In addition were a series of 360 images taken on site, then brought together in a virtual tour. Some tours as presentations and some as just basic tours linking rooms together. This effectively removes the need for a site visit by the architect.
Floor plans can have radars added to show which angle you are looking from and where about you are in the building.

BUILDERS & CONTRACTORS :
Tours can be used to send to contractors, to quote for works and to familiarise themselves with the site in question.
It is also a great way to record a sites condition prior to works progressing. Tour imagery can be updated at several stages during the fit-out process of an office refurbishment for example.
It is also a great way to show future clients the quality work they have done in the past.

REAL ESTATE  - PROPERTY MARKETING :
360 Virtual Tours are a must for property agents.
Commercial or residential properties alike.
A virtual tour shows a site so much better than standard photos.
Building Tours can be created with menus to list various elements, such as :
Maps / Floor Plans / Site Info / Agent Info / it can also include a photo gallery. Everything in one place and viewable from a clients office or armchair.
We host these tours for you and they can then be embedded into your own website and will have full functionality.

Benefits of a 360 Virtual Tour

Enhanced Accessibility:

Virtual tours provide a digital representation of a space, allowing potential clients, customers, or tenants to explore a commercial interior remotely. This accessibility eliminates the need for physical visits, making it easier for individuals with limited mobility or those located far away to experience the space.

Time and Cost Savings:

Virtual tours save time and resources by reducing the need for physical site visits. Interested parties can get a comprehensive view of the commercial interior without leaving their homes or offices, thus streamlining the decision-making process. This efficiency benefits both the property owner and the potential occupants or customers.

Increased Engagement and Interest:

A 360 virtual tour offers an interactive and immersive experience, capturing the attention of viewers more effectively than static images or written descriptions. The ability to navigate through the space at their own pace and explore different areas increases engagement and generates greater interest in the commercial interior.

Showcase Design and Layout:

Virtual tours allow businesses to showcase the design and layout of their commercial interiors effectively. They can highlight architectural features, interior finishes, and the flow of the space. This visual representation helps potential occupants or customers envision how they can utilize the area and determine if it aligns with their needs and preferences.

Transparency and Trust:

Virtual tours provide a transparent representation of the commercial interior, creating a sense of trust between the property owner and potential occupants or customers. By offering an accurate and detailed view of the space, including its size, condition, and amenities, virtual tours minimize surprises or misinterpretations, building trust and confidence in the property.

Remote Collaboration:

Virtual tours facilitate remote collaboration between stakeholders involved in the decision-making process. Multiple individuals can simultaneously view the space, discuss it, and share their thoughts and feedback. This feature is particularly valuable for businesses with multiple decision-makers or for potential tenants or clients who may be geographically dispersed.

Competitive Advantage:

Implementing virtual tours in marketing strategies provides a competitive edge in the commercial real estate market. By offering an immersive and interactive experience, businesses can differentiate themselves from competitors, attract more attention, and generate increased interest in their commercial interiors.

Overall, 360 virtual tours offer numerous benefits for commercial interiors, ranging from improved accessibility and cost savings to increased engagement, transparency, and competitive advantage.

So Why Use 360 Images  ?

This is the Equirectangular image viewed as a 360 Image. You can view the scene from any angle, zoom in, up and down.

we can combine these type of images with links to each other, thus creating a 360 Virtual Tour.

Just click the image and hold the left mouse button down to view.

We use 360 Images and Virtual Tours when we carry out measured surveys of commercial properties. Many clients will not have accurate drawings of their building or no drawings at all.
Accurate drawings are required before any refurbishment can be commence, and a 360 image or virtual tour can demonstrate how the site looked prior to works taking place. A great way to record information. Perhaps showing detailing of what is above a ceiling whilst a ceiling is down and before reinstatement.

Measuring a commercial or residential space is a must for accurate plans but sometimes things are missed.

Light fitting locations, Power and data outlets, high level services etc and all be missed particularly if you are limited for time on site.

360 imagery enables you to see the site again from your office chair, saving time on a revisit. You can also share the images or virtual tour with other co-workers.

Example :

This is a tour of a private hospital reception & waiting area in London. Pretty difficult to capture due to how busy the area was at the time, however the result was what our client wanted.
They are refurbishing the space and wanted imagery to help the designers develop proposals without having to revisit the site time and time again.

Click the image to start the tour.

Example :

This is a pretty simple 360 virtual tour showing a companies reception area, incorporating a waiting area meeting rooms and coffee bar. Lifts to three other floors.
