Architects & Designers
We bridge the gap between "as-built" reality and your design environment. By providing high-density point clouds and immersive site records, we eliminate the guesswork from the survey stage through to the final handover.
Precision As-Builts: Replace manual measurements with Revit-ready point clouds. Capture complex geometry in hours rather than days, ensuring your BIM models are built on a foundation of absolute accuracy.
Remote Site Analysis: Conduct site visits from your desk. Our high-resolution virtual tours allow you to inspect structural details, utility runs, and site constraints without leaving the office.
Design Validation: Use scan data to verify that construction is meeting your specifications, identifying potential clashes or deviations early enough to prevent costly onsite delays.
Commercial Estate Agents
This is a competitive market and static photos are no longer enough to capture the full potential of a property. Our immersive virtual tours and precision scans provide a comprehensive digital twin that serves both residential and commercial sectors.
Accelerated Sales Cycles: Reduce unnecessary physical viewings by providing "always-open" 24/7 access to high-fidelity walkthroughs, allowing serious buyers to qualify themselves before they visit.
Accurate Lease Documentation: For commercial landlords and industrial units, our point cloud data ensures that Net Lettable Area (NLA) is calculated to the millimetre, protecting your revenue and ensuring transparency.
Investor Transparency: Provide overseas investors and stakeholders with a realistic sense of scale and flow, building the confidence needed to move forward with high-value transactions remotely.
Design & Build
For Design & Build firms, efficiency and communication are the keys to profitability. Our services streamline the workflow from the initial pitch to the final snag list, keeping projects on track and clients informed.
Provide contractors and subcontractors with a 1:1 digital replica of the site. This allows for more accurate quotes and reduces the need for multiple site visits during the bidding phase.
"Behind-the-Walls" Records: Capture the site during the "grey box" or fit-out stage to create a permanent record of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations before they are covered by finishes.
Client Engagement & Reporting: Use interactive walkthroughs to show clients progress in real-time. It’s an invaluable tool for sign-offs and helps bridge the gap between technical drawings and the physical reality of the build.
Insurance & Loss Adjustment
This is a high-growth area for 3D documentation.
Pre-Loss Documentation: High-value property owners or businesses use point clouds to create a "digital twin" of their assets. If a fire or flood occurs, they have an indisputable record of the building’s condition and contents for the claim.
Post-Loss Assessment: Adjusters use virtual tours to inspect damage remotely without needing to be on-site multiple times, speeding up the pay-out process.
Facility Management & Warehousing
Since you mentioned an interest in warehousing and industrial units, this is a natural fit.
Asset Management: Facility managers use virtual tours to tag machinery with "hotspots" containing maintenance manuals, serial numbers, and service dates.
Space Optimization: Logistics companies use point clouds to plan racking layouts and calculate exactly how many pallets or machines will fit in a space before they even sign a lease.
Education & Large Campus Management
Schools, Universities and colleges are increasingly using these tools for
two distinct reasons:
Marketing: Immersive tours for prospective students, especially international ones who can’t visit in person.
Operational Planning: Security teams and maintenance staff use the tours to plan emergency routes or locate utility shut-off valves in complex buildings.
Retail & Showrooms
Beyond just looking "cool" online, retail tours have become functional:
Shop Fitting: Brands moving into new units need point clouds to send to their fit-out teams abroad, ensuring every shelf and counter is built to the exact millimetre.
Visual Merchandising: Head offices use virtual tours to check that regional stores are following the correct brand layout and display standards.
Heritage & Conservation
For historic buildings where physical access might be restricted or documentation is non-existent:
Digital Preservation: Creating a permanent, high-precision record of a site that may be deteriorating.
Accessibility: Providing a way for people with mobility issues to "visit" the upper floors or tight spaces of old buildings that cannot be modernized with lifts elevators.
HOW CAN THESE BUSINESSES BENEFITS FROM 360 VIRTUAL TOURS ?
Transparency and Trust:
Virtual tours provide a transparent representation of the commercial interior, creating a sense of trust between the property owner and potential occupants or customers. By offering an accurate and detailed view of the space, including its size, condition, and amenities, virtual tours minimize surprises or misinterpretations, building trust and confidence in the property.
Remote Collaboration:
Virtual tours facilitate remote collaboration between stakeholders involved in the decision-making process. Multiple individuals can simultaneously view the space, discuss it, and share their thoughts and feedback. This feature is particularly valuable for businesses with multiple decision-makers or for potential tenants or clients who may be geographically dispersed.
Competitive Advantage:
Implementing virtual tours in marketing strategies provides a competitive edge in the commercial real estate market. By offering an immersive and interactive experience, businesses can differentiate themselves from competitors, attract more attention, and generate increased interest in their commercial interiors.
Enhanced Accessibility:
Virtual tours offer a digital representation of a commercial space, enabling remote exploration. This benefits individuals with limited mobility or distant locations who can now experience the space without physical visits.
Time and Cost Savings:
Virtual tours eliminate the need for physical site visits, saving time and resources for property owners and potential occupants. Decision-making becomes more efficient as interested parties can explore the space from their homes or offices.
Increased Engagement and Interest:
360 virtual tours provide an interactive and immersive experience, capturing viewers' attention better than static images or descriptions. The freedom to navigate at their own pace generates greater interest in the commercial interior.
Showcase Design and Layout:
Virtual tours effectively showcase the design and layout of commercial interiors, highlighting architectural features and interior finishes. Potential occupants can envision how they would utilize the space and assess its suitability for their needs.
Overall, 360 virtual tours offer numerous benefits for commercial interiors, ranging from improved accessibility and cost savings to increased engagement, transparency, and competitive advantage.

Example 1: (Click & spin)
A 360 photographic tour is a virtual tour experience that allows users to explore and navigate through a location or space using 360-degree 4k panoramic images. It provides an immersive and interactive way to virtually visit places such as tourist attractions, real estate properties, museums, hotels, and more.
The process of creating a 360 photographic tour involves capturing a series of high-resolution photographs using specialized cameras or equipment that can capture a full 360-degree view. These images are then stitched together using software to create seamless panoramic views. The resulting virtual tour can be viewed on various devices, including computers, smartphones, and virtual reality headsets.
Example 2: (Click & spin)
A simple 360 Image showing a recently decorated beautiful lounge in Lancashire.
This image will become part of a virtual tour once other image location are connected to it. Navigation is via small hotspots similar to those used in Google Street view.
We can supply you with several 360 images to promote a home or combine them into a tour which lets the viewer have an virtual immersive walk through of the whole house, including the exterior spaces.
Example 3: (Click & spin)
A large corporate office building in Buckinghamshire.
Fully interactive with Hotspots and a Menu for Floor Plans, Location maps, Site Info, Contactor etc
Each project can have a menu created to suit their companies branding and include as much or little information as required.
TYPES OF IMAGES

1. This is standard image / interior photograph.
Basically a static image.
But what is below or behind the scene ?
Static images are just that, a static image. You cannot see anything apart from what it shows.

2. This is a Equirectangular image produced from a professional 360 camera.
An images created with a 360 image unwrapped & laid flat.
You see much more of the image but it is distorted because it is stretched out.
As you can see a 360 image above reveals so much more of the space that you want to see.
Then when navigation links are added via our tour software it expands to other rooms and spaces, indoors and outside.
